Shipping conditions

Goods shipped to residential and non-account holder addresses will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Free delivery is offered on UK mainland orders over £50. For larger items, Parcel Force's Standard Parcel service is offered for this purpose. Most Standard Parcels are delivered by the third working day after posting, including Saturdays, although this service is not guaranteed. Should you need your order delivered quicker, please ask us and we will check and advise you of the extra cost.

Unfortunately, certain goods cannot be shipped by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and are available for collection only. These include car batteries, aerosols, compressed gases and flammable, harmful or toxic liquids.

Items over 20kg (including shipping packaging) and/or over 1.5 metres in length also cannot be shipped. A complete list of Parcel Force's shipping restrictions can be found here.

Because of high demand and our commitment to providing a very high-frequency delivery service to our garage customers, our own fleet of delivery vehicles are reserved for local account holder deliveries only.
